Marta Musidłowska

Fifth-year law student at the University of Warsaw. Concerning internet governance, she is primarily interested in issues related to Digital sustainability. Her interests are focused on intellectual property law, in particular in the creative and new technologies sectors. A member of European Horizons and Women in AI organization, which brings together artificial intelligence enthusiasts from various backgrounds. She published, among others, in Rzeczpospolita, on the Pospolita.eu portal, as well as (not on legal issues) in Wysokie Obcasy and “Discover the World” magazine.

Rafał Prabucki

A graduate of the University of Opole and the Gdańsk University of Technology. Ph.D. student at the Center for Legal Problems of Technology and New Technologies at the University of Opole. Alumn LegalTech HIOP at the IE University in Madrid as part of the Tech4Law scholarship and the Lesław A. Paga foundation on the project of the National Days of Judicial Sciences. Participant in hackathons and international conferences on the law of new technologies. Member of the steering committee of the Youth Internet Governance Forum member at the United Nations. Legal Project Manager of the Smart Human-Oriented Platform for Connected Factories SHOP4CF project. Author of a number of publications in the field of new technologies and law, including co-author of the book "Cryptocurrencies. A criminological and forensic perspective ”. Member of the Evidence Based Blockchain in Edinburgh and co-creator of the press title "Digital Economy". Research and didactic worker at the University of Opole and a lecturer at postgraduate studies in "Cybersecurity Management" at the Kozminski University.

Emilia Zalewska

The final year law student at the University of Warsaw. Actively involved in Internet governance initiatives since 2017, when she participated in a project #copyfighters. As a project member, she had an opportunity to take part in the Eurodig conference in Tallinn and in the Internet Governance Forum in Geneva. In 2019, she was a part of the Youth IGF Summit in Berlin, where over 100 hundred youth from all over the world together drafted 11 messages on how young people see the Internet Governance key topics. That inspired her to engage in founding Youth IGF Poland. She is also a European Youth Envoy in Generation Connect organized by International Telecommunication Union. Her main fields of academic interest are criminal law and human rights, especially in the digital environment.
